A Coffee Afternoon

1. Betty and Rita needed a break, so they decided to meet up at their favourite cafe.
2. They took a seat by the window and looked over the menu.
3. "Good morning, ladies. What can I get for you today?”, asked the waiter.
4. “Hi! Can I have a Cappuccino please?” asked Betty.
5. “Of course! And for you, ma’am?” the waiter asked Rita.
6. “Can I get a latte, please?” Rita requested.
7. “Great, anything else to eat with your drinks?” asked the waiter.
8. “We would like a blueberry muffin, please”, said Betty.
9. “Sure, I’ll bring those right away for you”, confirmed the waiter.
10. The waiter arrived at their table with their coffees.
11. Betty and Rita took a sup of their drinks, savouring the rich, warm flavours.
12. The frothy cappuccino was a perfect balance of espresso and milk,
13. while the latte was creamy and smooth with just the right amount of sweetness.
14. “My cappuccino is perfect, just the way I like it.
15. I love how the foam contrasts with the strong coffee flavor,” said Betty.
16. “That’s true, cappuccinos are usually stronger than lattes.
17. Lattes have more milk and a smaller layer of foam,” said Rita.
18. "Speaking of coffee,” said Rita.
19. “I just returned from a trip to Colombia and learned so much about their coffee.”
20. “That sounds amazing.
21. I’ve heard that Colombian coffee is considered the best in the world”, said Betty.
22. “Yes”, said Rita
23. “Colombia is known for producing high-quality Arabica coffee beans with a unique flavor profile.
24. You can taste notes of chocolate, fruit, and nuts in every sip.”
25. “Look at this, Rita!
26. The cafe is offering Colombian coffee!” exclaimed Betty.
27. “Let’s order a cup each,” suggested Rita.
28. “Let’s just split one cup. One cup for each of us is a little too much,” laughed Betty.
29. You are right.
30. We can try other types of coffee next time,” agreed Rita.
31. “And who knows, maybe we can travel together to Colombia someday and try it in its birthplace,” mused Betty.
32. “That would be great,” said Rita.
